Terry is part of a family of 5: his wife, Jackie, and 3 children, Samantha, Nataleigh, and Nolan. Terry is also a dog dad/grandpa to 4 rambunctious dogs, Roxy, Blake, Butters, and Finn. Jackie is a 6th-grade English teacher at Hutchinson Middle School, Samantha is currently getting her Masters in History at Texas Tech University, Nataleigh is getting her B.S in Animal Science with a minor in American Indian Studies at the University of Minnesota, and Nolan is a Sophmore at Macalester College, studying whatever peaks his interest.

When Terry isn't showing or listing homes, he takes the dogs for a walk with Jackie, mowing his or someone else's lawn, or watches his favorite crime series on Netflix. Terry is also a resource of useless sports(especially baseball), trivia, and knowledge. Fun fact: Terry is a member of the Cherokee Nation.
